How it is metered
Three meters. Nothing you have to game.
We do not meter seats, models, or tokens, because those reward theater and punish the customer who registers honestly. We meter the things that actually carry risk.
Environment
Each production control plane you run: a cloud account, a VPC, an enclave, a classified stack. One plane, one line.
Consequential acts
Gated calls in the blast classes that can hurt: money, identity, production mutation, regulated-data egress, agent spawn. Low-risk calls are receipted, never billed.

Why there is no price list
Control is scoped to your institution. So is the number.
A control plane is priced against your environments, your consequential-act volume, and the obligations you actually carry, not a shelf SKU printed for everyone. We quote it in a conversation, against your real exposure, the same way any serious high-assurance control is bought. And we hold one line without exception: we do not discount the four thresholds, and we do not ship a cheap green credential. A number that makes the Standard meaningless is not a deal we want.
The return does not require a discount. It requires one avoided event.
Set the plane beside a single action already on your sector's public loss record: one unauthorized wire, one adverse-action failure at scale, one consent order. At every size of institution, one prevented event returns the program many times over in its first year. This is an evidence-and-control position measured against a loss history that is already public, not an expense measured against a budget.
